Since 1995 Ögussa has been certified to ISO 9001 for all product areas and sites and since June 2002 we have also been certified to the revised standard ISO 9001:2000.

The process-integrated quality assurance system tracks the starting material via the various sizes of rollers having highly refined surfaces and other modern forming equipment until the desired final size is achieved. The result is a semifinished product have first-class forming and polishing properties.

Sheet and wire in many coloured gold, white gold, silver and platinum alloys (stock items)

For our clients we supply from stock:

• 0.5- 2.0 mm thick sheet measuring 200 x 100 mm (gold and platinum) or 400 x 300 mm (silver)
• 0.5-2.0 mm diameter round wire (gold and platinum) or 0.5-3.0 mm (silver) rolled into coils
• 2.0-5.0 mm square wire in the form of 300 mm long rods (gold and platinum) or rolled into coils (silver)

Our seamless tubes are one such product. Apart from the alloys and dimensions shown in the table, we also offer special shapes (square, oval, triangular etc) and special dimensions for your creativity.

Solder programme

The solder range is matched to the needs of the jewellery manufacturer and comprises all current solders.
The product range has been extended to include scattering solders and soldering pastes.
All the solders in the programme can be supplied from stock .
