Equipment
for x-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF)
| X-ray
fluorescence analysis (XRF) is becoming an increasingly commonly used method.
A large number of samples can be analysed by this method in a relatively short
time, with the results frequently being far superior to information obtained so
far. | | A
range of manufacturers supply fluxing and fusion equipment for a wide range of
methods. The decision as to which equipment is most suitable primarily depends
on the use, the materials to be analysed and the number of samples. | | All
have one thing in common however, with special crucibles required for the melting
and platinum gold casting dishes required for the manufacture of the glass tablets. |
| ÖGUSSA
has not only specialised in the manufacture of this special platinum equipment
but is also carrying out further development work partly in close collaboration
with equipment manufacturers and users. | | All
crucibles and casting dishes can also be made, if desired, from FKS platinum known
from the glass industry. This can double or treble lifetime of the platinum equipment. |
