ÖGUSSA is a part of Umicore, a global materials engineering group. The roles focus on four business segments: Battery Materials, Catalysis, Recycling, Specialty Materials. ÖGUSSA offers the complete precious metal cycle from one source and focuses on applications in which our combined know-how in material sciences, metal chemistry and metallurgy makes the crucial difference for our customers.
The Fascination of Precious Metal
In 25 departments and across 70 different occupational groups, our activities focus on technically pioneering materials that are essential for everyday life. Precious metal compounds for defibrillators that make hearts beat again, catalytic converters for car exhausts to reduce pollutant emissions; thermocouples for high-temperature measurements up to 1700°C. That is US: 160 members of staff united in one team.
