How it Works:

Share the Idea: Send your idea in the form of a sketch, photo or detailed description to us at office.gumpendorf@oegussa.at or 3d-druck@oegussa.at. You will then soon receive a cost estimate by e-mail.

Technical Drawing: Before we start printing, we produce a technical drawing. You can discuss all the details here and make any changes.

Printing and Casting: After we receive your approval, we produce the 3D wax model. From this model, we cast your piece of jewellery in the alloy of your choice. Our selection includes over 20 different alloys.
Key information for us includes the sizes of the stones, the number of stones and the desired material thickness of the bar and mountings. The more accurate your specifications, the more precise the end product will be. Please note that subsequent changes to the design may have an effect on costs. The casting studs are integrated into the design from the outset, which makes the later processing easier.
The use of our state-of-the-art, computer-controlled vacuum pressure casting system and our many years of experience mean both that we have comprehensive specialist knowledge and that we can guarantee fast delivery times.
